I am yearning to meditate but any attention related activity such as meditation, checking e mail, watching a video/Tv, reading a book/newspaper etc. immediately triggers violent movements inside my skull as if my head will explode. Can you do something to get me rid of this problem so that I can start meditating again? Awaiting a response and with thanks, B K DHIR

Editor: Come along to a Sahaja Yoga program and you can talk to people who can help you. You can find out about the nearest program venue to where you live by going to http://www.sahajayoga.com.au and clicking on “Free classes”.
