Free Six-week Meditation Courses

Free 6-week meditation courses will be held in New South Wales during May and June, 2009 at twenty-five locations in Sydney, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong.

Learn how to meditate, how to achieve the peace of mental silence  and how to deepen your meditation.

“Know Thy Self ” is a six-week introductory course to the Sahaja Yoga Meditation technique.

The meditation is simple to learn, and both beginners and regulars are welcome.

No booking is required for the courses. Join in at any time, even if you miss a session! Course sessions are once a week for 60 to 90 minutes. All courses are free of charge.
