The movie, “Freedom and Liberation”, will be screened at the Metro Cinemas in Bathurst. The movie tells the fascinating story of how Shri Mataji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga, developed a unique method to enable people to experience the joy of true meditation.

Sahaja Yoga Evening in Brisbane

You are invited to a special evening of enlightened music, meditation and a unique movie.

The evening will include:
· Live music performance by “Sahaj Sangeet”, a diverse group of musicians with a unique and lively sound.
· Meditation and self-realisation – a guided meditation experience leading to the state of mental silence.
· Screening of the movie, “Freedom and Liberation”, a revealing film about Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga, who brought true meditation and Self-realisation to humanity.
