You are invited to attend our next Sahaja Yoga Meditation Workshop in Sydney on Sunday 2 May 2010.
This workshop will have separate sessions for beginners and regulars, and is suitable for all levels of experience. Join us for a memorable day when you will discover very simple ways to enjoy the benefits of meditation. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn and experience the peace and joy that true meditation offers.
Workshop topics
• Introduction to meditation sessions – for newcomers
• In-depth sessions – for new and previous attendees
• Collective meditations – learn how to achieve mental silence
• Affirmations and mantras to assist meditation
• Easy techniques to help reduce stress
• Balancing and clearing chakras and the subtle system
• Tips on how to meditate at home
• Video talk by Shri Mataji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga
• Live music for meditation
When: Sunday May 2, 10.00am to 4.30pm
(Doors open at 9.30am for registrations and live music)
Where: Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre
10 Clarence Street, Burwood Sydney
(short walk south of Burwood Railway Station)
Cost: Workshops are provided free by experienced volunteers, as a non-profit community service. $10 donation at the door to cover lunch, morning tea and workshop materials provided, as well as equipment hire and upkeep.
