Melbourne Meditation Workshop (Saturday 29th May, 2010)

Sahaja Yoga Victoria would like to invite you to our next meditation workshop to be held on Saturday May 29th.

For those of you who have already been attending our weekly programs, this workshop will teach you new techniques to enhance your meditations, helping you to find a new depth of peace and clarity, as well as improving your general state of well-being.

For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.

Workshop program:
11:00am – 12:00pm: Balancing the channels and some clearing techniques.
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Meditation – How to achieve the state of mental silence
(explanations and practical experience).
1:00 pm – 2:00pm: Lunch.
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Advanced clearing techniques to improve your meditation.
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Exchange of vibrations- workshop on clearing chakras and balancing.
4:00pm – 4:20pm: Video lecture from Shri Mataji (founder).
4:20pm – 5:00pm: Meditation and live music.

Transport by train from city.
(Total journey time from city is 45 mins)
- Take train (Frankston line) from Flinders station (city).
- Get down at Mentone Station (40 mins).
- Take bus 903 to Altona (get down at Central Dandenong Road) (5 mins).
- Bus stop is in front of the main gate of Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre.

For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.
