Sadhana Didi’s 35th wedding anniversary
On 10th of February a spontaneous presentation of music was offered to Shri Mataji and Her family in celebration of Sadhana didi’s 35th wedding anniversary. Large numbers of Sahaja Yogis arrived at Shri Mataji’s house. We sat in the back garden and the courtyard in meditation not knowing what was going to happen next. After a very deep collective meditation, the courtyard doors were opened to allow a number of yogis to enter Shri Mataji’s house.
We all ask ourselves during these moments why Shri Mataji has chosen us to do the work of Sahaja Yoga? And what is it exactly that She would like us, personally, to do? We desire nothing but to be an instrument for Her work. We marvel at Her mystery and can do nothing but sing.
At times, Shri Mataji leans far forward, as if She desires an even closer look at the yogis sitting before Her. What can any of us hide from Her? She is awesome at all times. As a collective we once clapped joyfully in front of Her while She smiled at us, but now She peers deep into our charkas and we all humbly hope that we are strong enough to carry Her music, in the form that She would have it, far beyond the walls of Her house.
When Shri Mataji had decided that the music should end, a cake was brought out for Sadhana didi. Shri Mataji and Sir CP celebrated their daughter’s wedding anniversary by offering the cake to each other and to Sadana didi. Shortly after this intimate moment, the curtains were drawn. We all moved out into the backyard to leave Shri Mataji in the private company of Her husband and their daughter.
