If you have not meditated before, please come along and enjoy learning the techniques for peaceful meditation.<\/p>\n<p>The Sahaja Yoga centre at\u00a0Wamuran\u00a0is located 60 minutes north of Brisbane or 15 minutes\u00a0from Caboolture train station. If you\u00a0need to be picked up from the Caboolture train station,\u00a0 please call us on (07) 5496 6716 in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program<br \/>\n<\/strong>2:00 &#8211; 2:30pm: Welcome and refreshments<\/p>\n<p>2:30 &#8211; 3:00pm: How to meditate<\/p>\n<p>3:00 &#8211; 4:00pm: Clearing techniques<\/p>\n<p>4:00 &#8211; 4:20pm: Video lecture from Shri Mataji (founder of Sahaja Yoga)<\/p>\n<p>4:20 &#8211; 5:15pm: Meditation and live music<\/p>\n<p>5.30pm: Dinner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong>: There\u00a0is no cost for your attendance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venue<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre, Wamuran Qld<br \/>\n95 McClintock Road, Wamuran<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions to Venue <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From the M1 motorway, take the Kilcoy exit and proceed along D&#8217;aguilar Highway\u00a0to Wamuran. Opposite the IGA store, turn right and then right again into Station Rd.
