When the mind is still and silent, you feel a sense of contentment and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Through the regular practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation, you are able to achieve mental silence. In just a short time, you see positive changes in your life \u2013 better physical health, improved relationships and a greater ability to handle stress.<\/p>\n<p>The beneficial health effects of mental silence meditation have been demonstrated by Dr Ramesh Manocha, a respected Australian medical practitioner and researcher.
