After a short introduction there is a guided meditation using music to awaken the\u00a0seven chakras. For each chakra, everyone joins in singing\u00a0the \u201cOm\u201d sound, accompanied by the corresonding musical note. The \u201cOm\u201d sound helps to make people\u00a0more aware of each chakra and helps them in becoming thoughtlessly aware.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\" lang=\"EN-US\">After this, the dancers arrive.\u00a0They present some Indian dances representing\u00a0a mythological story or invoking a particular energy or Deity. This also helps\u00a0people to get into the\u00a0 central channel.
