The classes will help you\u00a0learn more about the\u00a0Sahaja Yoga meditation technique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong> Wednesdays from 1.30 to 2.30 pm<br \/>\n<strong>Where<\/strong>: Bellingen Library<br \/>\n29\/31 Hyde Street, Bellingen<br \/>\n(20 km south-west of Coffs Harbour)<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sahaja-yoga.net.au\/link.php?M=4911&amp;N=1822&amp;L=490&amp;F=H\">(Google map)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>The classes will be held for 4 weeks from 31st August to 21st September. You can join in at any time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the sessions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe sessions will include guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation, as well as tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.
