Registration Form
In order to assist us with planning and catering, we request you to register no later than 25th June 2023.
- Please register all Australians and International guests attending the Guru Puja Seminar
- Please register for each adult and child coming to the seminar with you in one single form below
- Use the ‘Add Yogi Guest‘ button to add details for all guests coming with you.
- Australian and International guests who are 18 years and over, who attend a Sahaja Yoga event must comply with the Australian Government’s Child Protection and Safety requirements through its Working With Children Check (WWCC), or equivalent, process.
- Australian adults (18 years and over) will be requested to enter their current WWCC (or equivalent) details in the form below.
- International adults are required to Register below and also complete our separate WWCC Declaration form.
