Sahaja Yoga Victoria would like to invite you to our next meditation workshop to be held on Saturday, 1 May 2010.

For those of you who have already been attending our weekly programs, this workshop will teach you new techniques to enhance your meditations and help you to find a new depth of peace and clarity, as well as improving your general state of wellbeing.

For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.

Workshop program
11:00am – 12:00pm: Balancing the channels and some clearing techniques
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Meditation – how to achieve the state of mental silence
                             (explanations and practical experience)
1:00 pm – 2:00pm: Lunch
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Advanced clearing techniques to improve your meditation
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Exchange of vibrations- workshop on clearing chakras and balancing
4:00pm – 4:20pm: Video lecture from Shri Mataji (founder)
4:20pm – 5:00pm: Meditation and live music

Transport by train from city
(Total journey time from city is 45 minutes)
– Take train (Frankston line) from Flinders station (city).
– Get off at Mentone Station (40 minutes).
– Take bus 903 to Altona (get off at Central Dandenong Road) (5 minutes).
– Bus stop is in front of the main gate of the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre.
