21-day course

We have 21 Day Courses starting this week on the Sunshine Coast near Brisbane and Online.

21 days is the amount of time it takes to establish a habit. Therefore, we are offering meditation sessions over a period of 21 days. We hope that by the end of this course you will have established the habit of daily meditation.

Every day 10pm to 11:30pm (Sydney time)

Hosted by Sahaja Yoga practitioners from Perth with participation from other Australian and International meditators.
