You are invited to a Meditation Workshop on Sunday 21st December 2014. The workshop includes balancing and clearing techniques, in-depth knowledge of chakras and live music. The workshop will help you to grow deeper in your meditation experience, to enjoy the beautiful vibrations of this Sahaja Yoga country property and to learn more from experienced meditators.

A Sahaja Yoga Meditation workshop will be held at Wamuran near Brisbane on Saturday, 21st December, from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Workshops are provided free by our experienced team of volunteers, as a non-profit community service. A meal will be provided after the workshop.

Getting there
The address is 95 McClintock Road, Wamuran. From the M1 motorway, take the Kilcoy exit and proceed along D’aguilar Hwy until reaching Wamuran. Opposite the IGA store, turn right and then right again into Station Rd. Turn left at the small roundabout into Newlands Rd for approx 3km, and then left into Patane Rd which leads to McClintock Rd. Number 95 is just over the top of the hill on the left.

The next Sahaja Yoga meditation workshop for the Brisbane area is to be held on Saturday, 25 May 2013, at Wamuran.
The workshop is suitable for those who have already been practising Sahaja Yoga meditation, as well as for those who are coming for the first time.
If you have been attending Sahaja Yoga for a while, this is the chance to learn new techniques to enhance your meditation, helping you to find a new depth of peace and clarity and improving your general state of well-being.
For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.
