Even if you have never meditated before, this Sahaja Yoga Meditation workshop will be suitable for you. Everything is explained! Simple and effective guided meditations, a separate introductory session, interesting presentations, practical sessions, take-home kits and refreshments will all be provided.

It’s a day to find peace within, to experience an awareness you probably never knew existed. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a regular, we hope you’ll join us. The atmosphere is amazing when we all meditate together.

Cost: No charge. Workshops are provided free by our experienced team of volunteers, as a non-profit community service.

Sahaja Yoga Victoria would like to invite you to our next meditation workshop to be held on Saturday May 29th.

For those of you who have already been attending our weekly programs, this workshop will teach you new techniques to enhance your meditations, helping you to find a new depth of peace and clarity, as well as improving your general state of well-being.

For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.

11:00am – 12:00pm: Balancing the channels and some clearing techniques.
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Meditation – How to achieve the state of mental silence
(explanations and practical experience).
1:00 pm – 2:00pm: Lunch.
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Advanced clearing techniques to improve your meditation.
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Exchange of vibrations- workshop on clearing chakras and balancing.
4:00pm – 4:20pm: Video lecture from Shri Mataji (founder).
4:20pm – 5:00pm: Meditation and live music.
