Follow these guided video meditation steps to experience a deep sense of meditation and peace. It only takes a few minutes and really works! You can sit on a chair, or on the floor, with your shoes removed.

Use this video to activate your inner subtle system. You will be led through a simple process called Self-Realisation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation. Afterwards, try the guided meditation in the next step. (Video duration: 5 mins)

Once your subtle system has been activated, use this video for a daily guided meditation. You can sit on a chair or on the floor with your shoes removed. To learn more about our meditation proceed to the next step after completing this video. (Video duration: 5 mins)
