About Harmony Day

During Australia’s Harmony Week, we celebrate our cultural diversity in conjunction with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

Harmony Week is about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

Since 1999, more than 80,000 Harmony Week events have been held in childcare centres, schools, community groups, churches, businesses and federal, state and local government agencies across Australia.

On Sunday 20th March, Sahaja Yoga Meditation will be hosting a special online, and in-person, meditation and music event to show how we can live in Harmony with ourselves and Mother Nature through simple and regular meditation practices.

Our event will be streamed live from Suttons Beach Park in Redcliffe, located 20 kms north of Brisbane.

If you live in the Brisbane region, then please visit us at Suttons Beach Park in Redcliffe.

Session will be recorded so you can also watch session to suit your time zone or schedule.
