Celebrating 40 years of Sahaja Yoga in Australia

Meditation, music and exhibition events during March 2021

 

This month, we celebrate 40 years of Sahaja Yoga in Australia.

On the 21st of March in 1981, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi held a formal ceremony in Sydney to mark the introduction of her Sahaja Yoga meditation in Australia. Over the past 40 years, thousands of Australians have been introduced to her free meditation which promotes, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

To mark this auspicious event, we are hosting public events to honour Shri Mataji’s significant contribution towards world peace through her worldwide Sahaja Yoga meditation movement.

We are excited to announce that the monthly Wamuran meditation programs will return to the original intention of sessions for regular meditators.

These sessions are designed for those who have previously attended Sahaja Yoga classes, and who would like to go deeper in their meditation, knowledge and understanding.

If you’re meditating at home, attending weekly programs, or got out of the Sahaja Yoga meditation habit – these are for you!

These sessions are especially tailored to those with previous Sahaja Yoga experience.
