WHAT SHOULD YOU Be? ARE YOU SURRENDERED?
In emotions, you should be bubbling with joy. Joy is your emotion. In action, you should be thoughtless and in ascent you should be surrendered. Sahaja Yoga Meditation presents another wonderful series on ‘What you should be’. Keeping the attention on our spirit, let’s try to be the best version of ourselves.

USE YOUR WEAPON OF FORGIVENESS
You don’t actually do anything but you just accept the situation and forgive whatever you think has been done wrong to you because after self realisation you are the spirit, the source of enjoyment and peace while the other is not, so I forgive. Then your thoughts relax and nobody can hurt you.
Interactive session on ZOOM – Hosted by Lyn and Gulshan from Canberra.
MANTRA, MIND AND MEDITATION – Part 2
Perhaps it is not meant to stop our thoughts altogether. Instead, the goal is to expand our awareness so we can get more comfortable observing the thoughts without getting immediately involved in them. With practice, we will be more in the present with less mind-wandering to the past or future.
Interactive session on ZOOM- Hosted by Shan and team from Sydney.
LETTING GO SERIES- I SURRENDER
“When you forgive a person, what do you do? You accept the situation, to begin with. And secondly, you forgive what you think has been done wrong to you. But because nothing wrong can be done to your spirit, you just forgive because you are the spirit. And when you forgive, you have found that your tension goes away.”

INNOCENCE OF MOTHER EARTH
Whether you are good or bad she gives you fruit, trees, flowers and looks after you. Whether you are telling lies or you are deceiving people, up to a point. When that point is crossed calamities could be experienced like earthquakes, fires, hurricanes. If one person, who has the qualities of the mooladhara chakra, is there, however, everyone will be saved! You recognise that person by their humility, fragrance, wisdom and innocence. They remember every day how blessed they are to receive their self realisation and have a strong desire to please Mother at all costs.
Interactive session on ZOOM – Hosted by Himanshu from Canberra.
RELAX PLEASE: CAN YOU FORGIVE?
“If you go to the left or to the right you jump into the extremes, into the problems, and you create problems. So we have to keep everybody in the centre.”
Don’t you think, we need something innate within us which balances our actions and emotions? Sahaja Yoga Meditation presents another wonderful series, ‘Relax Please!’.
Let’s meditate together to feel the calmness and relaxation from within.

HAVE A HEART
We have three actually, the right heart where our boundaries of good behaviour are felt, the left heart where our spirit resides and we realise nothing else matters but to be connected to our spiritual ascent and the centre heart where we develop the quality of fearlessness to follow the right path of spiritual ascent.
Interactive session on ZOOM – hosted by Florian, Sidney, Kannan & team from Perth.
DO YOU ALWAYS FEEL MORE CENTRED WHEN GOING FOR AN OCEAN SWIM OR SITTING ON THE EARTH?
Each of the five elements of earth, fire, water, air and ether relate closely to an aspect of our subtle system. This means that the element can assist in nurturing and cleansing that aspect. Tonight we learn how to use the elements for our own wellbeing. Bring a candle on a small plate, if possible.
Interactive session on ZOOM – Hosted by Jenny & Nitin from Sydney.
I THINK THEREFORE I AM NOT
Thinking gives us writer’s or creative block! The harder we think about it, the more blocked we get, our liver heats up and we get a migraine, we miss our deadline and try to catch up in an absolutely hectic state and upset our spleen, pancreas, kidneys! The only answer is to stop thinking, ask our mothering kundalini energy to rise and feel the joy of our spirit, the source of inspiration!
Watch on Zoom – Hosted by Rupesh, Vimala & Loumi from Melbourne.
FEAR OF MISSING OUT (FOMO)
“Now the best thing is to put attention to your spirit. If you start putting your attention to spirit, the sweetness of the spirit itself will make the whole thing very sweet and beautiful.”
– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Sahaja Yoga Meditation presents another wonderful series on Attention. Our attention becomes enlightened after our self-realization. So, let’s meditate together and purify our attention.
Watch on FACEBOOK – Hosted by Vivek from Malaysia.
We hope you can join us on YouTube, Facebook and Zoom!
