Sometimes, the illusion of our mind, and ideas of how things should be, can cause frustrations.

Through meditation, we can surrender to new ideas to overcome these frustrations by going beyond the mind.

Musician, Gaspar Hunt, guides a series of meditations with music to help us develop the quality of pure surrender and inner peace.

“Kundalini is the solution. When She’s awakened, She takes you, with that awakening, She takes you beyond your mind. The first thing is to go beyond your mind.” Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation

Power of Attention – Live on YouTube 30th July 2020

Thursday 30th July 2020, 7pm (Sydney time)

POWER OF PURE ATTENTION

When our attention is good, we can settle our attention on the present moment and focus on what we are doing. This helps us to become more effective and efficient.

For everyone! Hosted from Sydney. This session starts in:

When our attention is good, we can settle our attention on the present moment and focus on what we are doing. This helps us to become more effective and efficient. By cooling and balancing our Nabhi chakra (energy centre), our attention dramatically improves to sustain clear and deep meditations, enabling us to enjoy the present moment.

“So, the attention, that you have, is the only way to know the reality. Your own attention is important, not the attention of others or your attention on others! This must be clearly understood. If you understand this point that the whole thing is to be consumed by you, through your attention to raise yourself to a higher situation, it will work out.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation.
