In the first short video, Shri Mataji describes her wish for the whole world and for the whole nations to give up all the strives and to take up Sahaja Yoga meditation so our hearts may emit peace, our tongues speak with peace and our eyes see nothing but peace. Shri Mataji is the founder of Sahaja Yoga which she started in 1970.

The second, is a music video by Samanvay who blend Sitar, Tabla and Kathak dance into a beautiful repertoire that is rich and dynamic, and very joyful.
