Everyone welcome, regardless of age!
Includes live meditation music to help you connect to the bliss within.

To celebrate International Youth Day, we invite everyone to bring along young family members, friends and students to our free workshops to experience how meditation can assist with establishing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being for inner peace.

Workshops will be facilitated by youth, parents and carers who have been meditating for many years. They will explain how meditation works and then guide you through simple meditation techniques which you can practise on your own or with us at our free weekly classes.

About International Youth Day

International Youth Day was declared by the United Nations to remind the public of the importance of youth as a stage of life and is annually celebrated worldwide on 12th August. On International Youth Day, the youth are at the centre of our collective attention.

According to the Western European definition, the youth are boys and girls between 13 and 21. During this period of time, they go through adolescence – the process of finding their own identity – finish school, start a career and leave their parental homes to study, travel or work towards future goals. Due to all of the challenges of this period, the United Nations considers this annual International Youth Day relevant.
