Sometimes, the illusion of our mind, and ideas of how things should be, can cause frustrations.

Through meditation, we can surrender to new ideas to overcome these frustrations by going beyond the mind.

When our attention is good, we can settle our attention on the present moment and focus on what we are doing. This helps us to become more effective and efficient. By cooling and balancing our Nabhi chakra (energy centre), our attention dramatically improves to sustain clear and deep meditations, enabling us to enjoy the present moment.
